Ruah seeks a Team Lead for Coordinated Response Service in Western Australia. You will provide leadership, operational oversight and clinical guidance to a high-performing team delivering trauma-informed responses to high-risk family and domestic violence incidents, in partnership with WA Police and the Department of Communities.

The role is permanent full-time, 38 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership across supervision, coaching and workload coordination
• Experience in family and domestic violence or related community services
• Knowledge of risk assessment, safety planning and referrals
• Experience handling high-risk and complex situations
• Ability to build partnerships in a multi-agency environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed and person-centred practice

• Lead and coach a high-performing team delivering triage responses
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight and guidance
• Triage referrals from WA Police per service protocols
• Oversee risk assessment and safety planning
• Maintain relationships with WA Police and partner agencies
