Job summary

Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) seeks an experienced Team Leader for the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Co-response Service in Cairns. The role involves providing operational and clinical oversight, leading a multidisciplinary team, and delivering client-centered responses for individuals and families affected by DFV.

You will collaborate with Queensland Police Service and regional partners, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership with ability to engage and motivate others and influence culture.
• Experience in client service delivery including complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening.
• Knowledge of community service provision theories and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of service delivery staff with effective resource use.
• Provide immediate management support for clinical practitioners, including case management guidance and duty of care oversight.
• Deliver services to clients including complex case management, assessment, intake, risk screening, case planning and reviews.
