North Queensland Domestic Violence Resource Service in Townsville seeks a High-Risk Team Coordinator to lead the Townsville High Risk Team and drive interagency collaboration to support victim survivors at imminent risk.

You will manage a team of Case Managers, ensure best-practice responses aligned with legislation and organisational values, and contribute to a strong supervision culture with trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant human services discipline (or 5+ years’ experience) and minimum 3 years professional experience in human services.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-risk domestic and family violence responses, including legislation, risk assessment and information sharing frameworks.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across government, NGO and community sectors.
• Experience line managing and supervising staff, providing practice direction and specialist advice.
• Advanced understanding of DFV and child safety within complex contexts.
