St Peters Lutheran College in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our People and Culture team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employment administration, partnering with leaders to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role is permanent, full-time, commencing January 2027, with a strong emphasis on compliance and stakeholder collaboration across the College community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment and onboarding with focus on quality and compliance.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to apply HR best practices with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality recruitment, onboarding and employment administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and probation with a focus on a positive employee experience.
• Partner with leaders and People and Culture colleagues to support staffing priorities.
