Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane is seeking a Talent and Workforce Officer to join Catholic Early EdCare in Brisbane. You will lead recruitment from application through onboarding, ensuring candidates are well-informed, welcomed and supported throughout the process.

Working within a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you will coordinate interviews, approvals, and compliance checks (Blue Card, police checks, qualifications) while maintaining recruitment systems and contributing to process

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data entry and records management.
• ATS experience and compliance processes knowledge (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Prepare offers, contracts and employment documentation
• Manage candidate communications and hiring manager support

Talent and Workforce Officer – Catholic Early EdCare | Brisbane | Full-time, Permanent

Join Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) and play a key role in attracting and onboarding the educators who help children, families and communities thrive.

As our Talent and Workforce Officer, you'll support recruitment from application to onboarding, ensuring candidates feel informed, welcomed and supported every step of the way.

Working within a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you'll keep recruitment moving, coordinate compliance checks and help deliver a seamless hiring experience.

What You'll Do
