Job summary

St Peters Lutheran College in Brisbane’s Indooroopilly campus seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join the People and Culture team. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and probation processes, partnering with college leaders to attract and support quality staff.

This permanent, full-time role starts January 4 2027. You’ll bring qualifications in HR or related field, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and a commitment to the College’s Christian ethos, delivering

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with end-to-end processes.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and recruitment practices.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality recruitment, onboarding and employment administration services across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and probation with leaders and candidates.
Ensure timely, compliant processes and positive candidate experiences.
Partner with People and Culture colleagues to provide support.
