Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) in Brisbane is seeking a Talent and Workforce Officer to drive recruitment from application to onboarding, ensuring candidates are informed, welcomed and supported throughout the process.

You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, prepare offers and documentation, and maintain recruitment systems and reporting to deliver a seamless hiring experience for educators across early childhood education in our

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding activities.
• Prepare offers, contracts and employment documentation.
• Manage candidate communications and hiring manager support.
• Coordinate and follow up on pre-employment compliance checks (Blue Card, police checks, qualification verification and reference checks).
• Maintain recruitment systems, records and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and talent projects.
• Workforce planning administration tasks.
