Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementations for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM and Service Portal modules. The role requires deep technical expertise and a consultative approach across IT operations and development teams.

The successful candidate will drive ITIL-aligned configurations, design solution architectures, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments in a permanent Sydney-based role.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow technical consultation and management.
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM and Service Portal.
• Experience configuring ITIL processes and reporting in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, catalogs, business rules, data dictionary, UI actions, UI policies, client scripts and validations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT ops, development, business) to define solution architectures.

• A Qualified IT Professional with 11+ years of experience with as a Technical Consultation & Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM and Service portal modules.
• Experience in working on the ITIL Process Configuration like Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge configured and Reports in ServiceNow.
• Developed and customized ServiceNow modules to align with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements.
• Extensive experience in implementation of Service Catalogs, Business Rules, Data Dictionary, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Validations Scripts in ServiceNow.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
