Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and JavaScript.
• Experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
• Understanding of tables, forms, lists, update sets, and application scopes.
• Experience with debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
