Oversee operational excellence for guest experience at executive receptions and events.

Ensure brand/design adherence in customer areas during events.
Coordinate on-site logistics and safety/compliance requirements.
Manage external relationships with agencies/vendors on-site.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and after-hours as needed.
