Job summary

JLL is seeking a dedicated Concierge for the Salesforce Tower in Sydney's Circular Quay precinct. You will be the primary face of the building, delivering five-star service to tenants, visitors and stakeholders while coordinating access and maintaining lobby standards.

Working closely with an onsite team and the Customer Relationship Manager, you will support lobby activations, event hosting, and everyday inquiries with professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in concierge or hospitality.
• Excellent presentation, professional demeanor and reliable punctuality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional front-of-house welcome to tenants, visitors, and clients.
• Handle queries in person, by phone, and via email with courtesy and efficiency.
• Coordinate visitor access and maintain lobby presentation standards.
• Collaborate with cleaning, security, and building management teams to ensure a seamless experience.
