JLL is hiring a Concierge to lead frontline guest experiences at the Salesforce Tower in Sydney. You will warmly welcome tenants and visitors, manage queries, and coordinate access and services while upholding premium lobby standards.

The role requires a hospitality or corporate concierge background, exceptional presentation, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will support community activations and work with onsite teams to ensure flawless daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service (essential), ideally in corporate concierge or five-star hotel environment.
• Outstanding presentation and a highly professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Friendly, proactive attitude with initiative and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible start/finish times and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, highly professional front-of-house welcome to tenants, visitors, service providers, and clients.
• Handle incoming queries in person, by phone, and via email with courtesy and efficiency.
• Coordinate visitor access using the dedicated system and issue passes per tenant protocols.
• Maintain lobby presentation standards and report maintenance or cleaning issues.
• Coordinate concierge services including dry-cleaning, umbrella services, and meet-and-greet.
• Support lobby activations and community engagement with the Customer Relationship Manager.
• Collaborate with cleaning, security, and building management teams to foster collaboration.
• Act as a building ambassador, upholding customer service excellence and safety policies.
