Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Sydney seeks a Workplace Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experience on-site for Westpac. You will be the face of the workplace, engaging staff and visitors, performing floor walks, and supporting events and services.

Formación

• Prior relevant experience in hospitality, workplace/office operations, facility/property support.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while also being highly collaborative as part of a wider account team.
• Confidence using everyday workplace technology, including Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the initial point of contact for workplace services inquiries and feedback for Westpac staff.
• Provide a visible, welcoming presence in the workplace and perform regular floor walks.
• Support engagement activities and events with stakeholders to enhance culture and experience.
• Assist with vendor and service partner coordination to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to confirm readiness, presentation and performance.
