Job summary

Flick Anticimex is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to own the Sydney territory, build relationships with business owners, and grow revenue across Pest and Hygiene services.

You’ll generate leads, manage a strong sales pipeline, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience while representing a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management or a customer-focused role.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the Sydney region.
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Generating leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and local business engagement.
• Meeting with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
• Presenting tailored Pest and Hygiene solutions.
• Preparing proposals and confidently closing sales opportunities.
• Growing relationships with existing customers and identifying additional service opportunities.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Updating and managing opportunities within our CRM system.
• Representing a trusted national brand within your territory.
