Job summary

Flick Anticimex in Sydney is recruiting for Pest Control Technicians at both trainee and licensed levels. You will service residential and commercial sites, conduct inspections, provide treatments, and advise customers while maintaining records.

Full training is provided, with career development and ongoing support within a national network. You’ll work independently within a team, using modern monitoring tools and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver Licence is required.
• Pass a police check.

The Role

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll service a variety of residential and commercial customers across Sydney, helping maintain safe, pest-free environments while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting pest inspections and identifying pest activity
• Delivering effective pest control treatments and preventative solutions
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Providing professional advice and recommendations
• Using industry-leading technology, including SMART digital pest monitoring systems
• Maintaining accurate service records and compliance documentation
• Working safely and in accordance with company policies and WHS requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service at every visit
• Managing your own service schedule and territory

About You

We're looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering great service.

You’ll have:

• A current Australian Driver Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using smartphones and mobile technology
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work in roof voids, subfloors and other confined spaces when required
• A commitment to safety and professional standards
• The ability to pass a police check

Licensed Technicians: Current General Pest and/or Timber Pest Licence highly regarded.

Trainees: No pest control experience required. Full training and support provided.
