Job summary

Flick Anticimex is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager to own a Southern Sydney and NSW South Coast territory, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers. You will drive revenue, manage a growing pipeline and present Pest and Hygiene solutions to clients.

In this field-based role, you’ll collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience while leveraging an uncapped commission structure and company resources to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Able to engage with business owners and decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Southern Sydney, the Sutherland Shire and South Coast regions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and local business engagement.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
• Present tailored Pest and Hygiene solutions.
• Prepare proposals and confidently close sales opportunities.
• Grow relationships with existing customers and identify additional service opportunities.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Update and manage opportunities within our CRM system.
• Represent a trusted national brand within your territory.
