Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in Sydney to drive growth through distributors and channel partners. You will manage distributor relationships, train and coach partners, and drive revenue by optimizing stock, product mix and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of Distributors in the market, acting as their main contact.
• Recruit new Partners into the Channel Partner Program.
• Training, advising and educating Partners on Axis' products and services.
• Managing stock levels, stock rotations and product mix.
• Planning, implementing and following-up with Distributors' marketing activities with the local Marketing Manager.
• Evaluating the performance of each Distributor.
• Achieving set annual and quarterly targets.
