Job summary

Milestone Systems is seeking an Inside Channel Manager based in Sydney to grow our reseller network and drive sales of our security software and hardware solutions.

You will onboard partners, run online demos, and coordinate with field sales while using Salesforce to track opportunities. A customer-first mindset and experience in tech, SaaS, or security is valued. Hybrid work culture and regional travel support growth.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in Inside Sales or Channel Partner Management.
Background in technology, SaaS, or security solutions is a plus.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with resellers to increase Milestone software & hardware sales.
Onboard and support new channel partners, helping them thrive in our ecosystem.
Conduct engaging online demos & webinars for resellers and customers.
Drive business growth through meaningful conversations & strategic sales calls with key partners.
Document activities and track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate and support the field sales teams to align strategy and maximize revenue.
Travel occasionally within your region to build relationships and support partners.
