Job summary

Refilled is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel the sales pipeline for a sustainability-driven beverage network in Australia. You will identify and qualify prospective customers, generate new opportunities, and set the stage for the sales team to close deals in a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work.

You’ll prioritise target accounts, conduct outbound outreach, respond to inbound inquiries, and book meetings and demos.

Qualifications

• Inside sales and lead generation experience.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport and handle objections.
• Business development mindset – spotting new markets and nurturing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritise target accounts.
• Run outbound calls and email sequences.
• Respond to and convert inbound enquiries.
• Book meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with sales and marketing on messaging and targeting.
• Feed market and customer insights back into the team.
