ClickView, a Sydney-based SaaS platform for K-12 schools, seeks an SDR to drive outbound prospecting across Australia. You will engage schools, qualify leads, and book demos, with a clear path to a Business Development Manager role.

The role is high-volume and performance-driven, offering hybrid work (2–3 days in the Pyrmont office) and strong earning potential as you hit targets and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SDR experience in SaaS/tech
• Proficient with Salesforce and Outreach
• Strong communication and rapport-building with new contacts
• Ability to hit targets in a high-volume outbound environment

Responsibilities

• Prospect schools via high-volume outbound activity: calls, email, LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage potential customers in target market.
• Qualify leads by needs and challenges.
• Test and refine messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Book product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to improve outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
