Job summary

Stryker’s Neurovascular team in Australia seeks a commercially driven sales professional to own an SA territory, build deep clinical credibility and expand market share.

You’ll partner with specialist clinicians, provide in‑procedure support, and drive adoption of advanced Neurovascular technologies across hospitals, while developing strategic account plans and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience with strong commercial and account management capability.
• Experience managing customer accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Ability to work in customer-facing environments and independently manage territory priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in medicine, healthcare, sales, marketing or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with specialist clinicians and key hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in‑procedure clinical support and develop detailed knowledge of Neurovascular anatomy, imaging, procedures and Stryker technology.
• Manage an established territory, protecting existing business while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Introduce new products and support customers in adopting new Neurovascular technologies.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans based on customer needs and commercial opportunities.
• Manage product inventory, usage, replenishment and customer ordering.
• Prepare for upcoming procedures and coordinate customer and product requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider Neurovascular team across Australia.
