Job summary

BD ANZ is seeking a Territory Manager for Hernia Solutions covering South Australia and the Northern Territory. You will spend most time in theatres, supporting procedures, building relationships with surgeons and theatre teams, and driving adoption of BD’s hernia and soft tissue portfolio.

You will own territory planning, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise performance across SA and NT.

Qualifications

• Proven success in medical device sales.
• Operating theatre experience and confidence supporting surgical procedures.
• Strong territory management and business planning capability.
• Experience working closely with surgeons and perioperative teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD's Hernia and Soft Tissue Reconstruction portfolio across SA and NT.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, perioperative nurses and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre product support, education and clinical expertise.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to business objectives.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Expand existing accounts while uncovering new growth avenues.
• Analyse market trends and sales performance to maximise results.
• Support product evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Manage consignment accounts and optimise product utilisation.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, account planning and CRM management.
• Partner with internal teams to maximise territory performance.
