Job summary

Downer Group, in partnership with Homes Victoria, is seeking an SDP Support Officer to assist with subcontractor governance and performance monitoring across the contract.

You will maintain SDP records, support data collection and reporting, and help with market data for benchmarking and panel reviews to drive value-for-money outcomes.

This role emphasizes governance, collaboration and reliable supplier support to deliver social housing services across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Background in procurement, business administration, commerce, or related discipline.
• Experience in administrative or support roles within procurement or contract management.
• Strong organisational and document control skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work with procurement, contractor management or document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate SDP records including certifications, insurances, compliance documents and panel registers.
• Assist with collection, validation and tracking of SDP performance and compliance information to support reviews and corrective actions.
• Support benchmarking, market testing and panel review activities by collating pricing, performance and market data.
• Coordinate routine communication with SDPs, including information requests, documentation follow-ups and meeting support.
• Prepare schedules, registers, briefing materials and summary reports to support governance forums.

We have an opportunity for a SDP Support Officer to join our Homes Victoria team. In this role, you will support subcontractor governance, performance monitoring and value-for-money outcomes across the contract. Your work will contribute directly to accurate governance, effective supplier support and reliable reporting for Homes Victoria and the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Maintain accurate SDP records including certifications, insurances, compliance documents and panel registers.
• Assist with collection, validation and tracking of SDP performance and compliance information to support reviews and corrective actions.

What You'll Bring

• Qualification or background in procurement, business administration, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in administrative or support roles within procurement, contract management or service delivery environments.
• Strong organisational and document control skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work with procurement, contractor management or document management systems.
• Basic analytical capability to support data collation and reporting with clear communication skills.
