Queensland University of Technology seeks a Student Success Outreach Coordinator for the Learning and Teaching Unit. You will coordinate the Student Success Outreach Hub and support partners across retention initiatives.

The role involves programmatic, multi-modal student support, report to the Senior Educator, and contribute to real-world learning practices within LTU and SSTA teams.

Formación

• Education and/or training equivalent to completion of an undergraduate qualification with subsequent relevant experience.
• Experience implementing programs that promote student success, engagement or retention in higher education.
• Experience supervising a diverse team.
• Capability to coordinate delivery including budget, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to institutional changes and diverse student needs.
• Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills for learning resources.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operations of the Student Success Outreach Hub.
• Provide support and professional development for Student Success Partners.
• Deliver multi-modal support for students at risk of disengaging from study.
