Job summary

The University of Queensland invites applications for the role of Coordinator, Transition and Belonging Programs. This full-time, permanent position sits at the St Lucia Campus and focuses on coordinating and delivering inclusive initiatives to help students transition, connect with peers and build belonging.

You will work with students, staff, student organisations and partners to deliver Orientation, leadership programs and broader belonging initiatives, with emphasis on measuring outcomes and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with experience in student engagement, transition or belonging programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate programs, projects and initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with students, staff and external partners is desirable.
• Ability to collect and report on program data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, delivery and evaluation of Orientation and belonging programs.
• Foster peer connection and engagement across diverse student cohorts.
• Support student ambassadors and leaders to deliver events and engagement opportunities.
• Use outcomes and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
