Institute of Health & Management in Brisbane is seeking a Student Support Officer to provide comprehensive assistance to students, manage inquiries, and support academic success. You will help enhance the student experience, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff on interventions.

The role requires 1–2 years in student services or administration, plus knowledge of TEQSA/CRICOS and related standards. A strong focus on communication and organisation is essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, social work, administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in student services, administration, or customer support.
• Knowledge of TEQSA, CRICOS, AASW, ANMAC, AHPRA, and related quality/regulatory standards.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills and excellent communication.

• Ensure prompt and effective communication with students to address queries and concerns.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall student experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor academic progress, identify at-risk students, and collaborate with academic staff for intervention.
• Develop and implement strategies to address mental health and well-being of students, ensuring access to resources.
• Streamline administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in managing student records.
