Qualifications

• Degree qualification with substantial experience in student administration or related professional services in higher education.
• Experience in high-volume, policy-driven service delivery with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams delivering consistent services in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance and regulatory requirements relating to student administration.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with academic leaders and central units.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
