Job summary

UTS College Limited in Sydney is seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to create meaningful experiences that foster connection, belonging and student success across the journey from orientation to graduation.

You will design and deliver initiatives that support wellbeing, retention and engagement, build strong relationships with students and staff, and lead college-wide leadership programs and transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people and international students in pastoral care or student support.
• Ability to plan and deliver engagement programs and events.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of wellbeing and transition challenges for students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver student engagement initiatives, events and campaigns that foster connection, belonging and a positive college experience.
• Build strong relationships with students and collaborate with teams across the College to support engagement, wellbeing and success.
• Monitor student feedback and engagement data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the student experience.
