ACAP University College, part of the Navitas network in Australia, seeks a National Course Advisor to engage with prospective students, guide them through study options, and support enrolment outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced contact centre, managing your portfolio with structured processes and high-quality service.

You will build relationships across channels, ensuring accurate information and timely guidance, while collaborating with admissions and recruitment teams to achieve targets

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record meeting sales targets or enrolment KPIs.
• Ability to manage a proactive outreach and enrolment pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students who have expressed interest in studying.
• Manage and progress a portfolio of prospective students through outbound engagement and follow-up.
• Build trust through conversations that uncover goals and motivations.
• Guide course selection, admissions requirements, and career pathways.
• Apply established consultation and enrolment frameworks for a consistent student experience.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and enrolment systems.
• Contribute to enrolment targets through effective pipeline management and follow-up.
• Collaborate with admissions, training, performance, and recruitment teams.
• Participate in coaching and continuous improvement activities.
