Job summary

SAE University College in Melbourne seeks a National Course Advisor to proactively connect with prospective students, guiding them through SAE’s study options, admissions requirements and pathways. Working in a fast-paced contact centre, you’ll engage across channels, build relationships, and deliver accurate course guidance.

Qualifications

• Relationship building and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse prospective students.
• Experience working toward sales targets, KPIs or performance outcomes in education or service settings.
• Strong organizational skills to manage follow-up activity and pipeline.
• Willingness to learn, embrace feedback and apply coaching to improve outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales platforms such as Salesforce.
• Team player who collaborates across admissions, training and recruitment teams.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students who have expressed interest, guiding them through options and admissions steps.
• Manage and progress a portfolio of enquiries with outbound engagement and timely follow-up.
• Build trust and uncover individual goals and motivations during conversations.
• Guide students through SAE’s study options, delivery modes, requirements and pathways.
• Apply established enrolment frameworks to deliver consistent experiences and strong outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and enrolment systems.
• Contribute to enrolment targets through effective pipeline management and follow-up.
• Collaborate with admissions, training, performance and recruitment teams to support students through enrolment.
