ACAP University College, part of Navitas, is seeking a Student Engagement Advisor for a 12-week fixed-term contract commencing 4 January 2027. You will respond to student enquiries, provide guidance, and work with academic teams to support students throughout their study journey.

This onsite role at our Brisbane West End campus offers training and a friendly team environment, ideal for recent graduates or those moving from customer service into higher education administration.

Formación

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in person or remotely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email and chat.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to student enquiries across phone, email, web chat and other channels.
• Proactively engage with students via calls, chats, and emails.
• Complete administrative tasks and accurate data entry.
• Assist with re-enrolments and provide course sequence advice.
• Liaise with academic and specialist staff to ensure student support.
• Apply policies to provide timely, accurate advice.
