SAE University College, part of the Navitas network, is seeking a National Course Advisor to engage prospective students, explain study options and guide enrolment journeys. You’ll work in a fast-paced contact centre, managing your own pipeline and delivering timely, accurate admissions guidance across multiple channels.

You’ll build rapport, follow a proven engagement process, and collaborate with admissions and recruitment teams to achieve enrolment targets while maintaining high service

Qualificações

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse backgrounds.
• Target-driven with experience in sales, service or contact centre settings; exposure to education is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage follow-up activities and stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to learn and apply coaching to improve outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer service platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with prospective students who have shown interest and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Manage and progress a portfolio of prospective students with outbound engagement and follow-up.
• Build trust through meaningful conversations that reveal goals and motivations.
• Guide students through SAE’s study options, admissions, and pathways.
• Apply enrolment frameworks to deliver consistent student experiences and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and enrolment systems.
• Contribute to enrolment targets through pipeline management and diligent follow-up.
• Collaborate with admissions, training, performance, and recruitment teams.
• Participate in coaching, training, and performance reporting.
