ACAP University College, part of the Navitas network, is seeking a National Course Advisor to guide prospective students through study options and admissions. In a fast-paced contact centre, you will manage a portfolio of inquiries, deliver accurate course guidance, and drive enrolment outcomes with high-quality service.

You will build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and apply a proven student engagement process while collaborating with admissions and recruitment teams to support potential

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
• Experience working towards sales targets, KPIs, or performance outcomes.
• Organisational skills to manage follow-up activity and workload.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer service platforms such as Salesforce.
