Job summary

Willow Recruitment (London) Ltd in Australia is sourcing an experienced Structures Foreman & Site Supervisor for a landmark Brisbane high-rise tower precinct. With stage 1 commencing this year and a $500mil 2026 work in hand, the role offers permanent ongoing employment and clear progression pathways.

You will coordinate on-site works, manage variations, and liaise with the project team, subcontractors and consultants to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience as Structures Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Permanent, ongoing positions with long-term progression.
• Experience with on-site coordination and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the ongoing coordination of on-site works, quality control, scheduling of trades, and overall on-site delivery processes, ensuring programme targets and key milestones are met.
• Manage coordination and procurement of additional works, variations, and design changes, coordinating directly with site team, subcontractors, and consultants - developing/reviewing scopes of works and negotiating with subcontractors when required
• Liaise with internal Project Team and on-site Team (PM & SM), as well as external project stakeholders, ensuring all actionable items are communicated and carried out effectively.
• Ensure all additional works, variations, and design changes are understood and communicated for completion by trades and subcontractors.

The Role:

With construction commencing on stage 1 of a landmark high‑rise tower precinct in Brisbane later this year, their current pipeline of guaranteed work extends beyond 2030 - $500mil work in hand for 2026 alone.

As a result, they are looking for an experienced Structures Foreman & Site Supervisor to join their SEQ Delivery Team.

Please note that these will be both be permanent ongoing positions with the opportunity to deliver following stages and progress with the business long-term. The QLD Senior Leadership Team will also provide defined professional development pathways in line with career progression preferences.
