Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Structures Foreman for a prestigious $200m 20-storey residential development in Southport. You will oversee all structural works on site, coordinate structural trades and crane crews, and ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has high-rise construction experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A range of company perks and incentives are available.

Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Management or relevant qualification (preferred).
• Experience in EBA site environments.
• Sound knowledge of industrial relations (IR).
• Proven success in high-rise construction projects.

To be successful you will have the following:

• A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
• Experience in EBA site environments
• Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
• Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments
• Strong leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
• Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
