Job summary

Morson Edge (Australia) is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our Brisbane site team on a landmark residential project. You will own the finishes stage, coordinate trades, supervise site teams, and ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met.

With 5+ years as a Foreman, you will lead by example, manage subcontractors, uphold build quality, and drive outcomes in line with project specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Foreman / Site Foreman within building and construction.
• Strong experience managing finishes and coordinating multiple trades.
• Trade qualification or Construction Management qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, quality control and site safety.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• White Card and current driver's licence.
• Immediate availability preferred.
