Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join the Brisbane team. The successful candidate will bring 5–15 years of hands-on leadership, mentoring and a proven track record delivering projects in the $50m–$200m+ range, including large residential and commercial towers.

The role offers an attractive salary package of $180k–$230k+ super, with a friendly environment, open-door senior management, and development opportunities.

I've partnered exclusively with a QLD & VIC head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 30 years of proven success delivering projects up to $250m+ for happy, repeat clients, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy end to 2026, with work secured until 2030.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus, they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include large residential and commercial towers 20 storeys+.

My client is a looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Central Brisbane project tower $150m+

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 15 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $200m+
