Contec Recruitment is partnering with Queensland's leading builders to recruit experienced Structures Foremen for major residential developments across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. You will manage complex structural works and coordinate formwork, reinforcement and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring extensive foreman experience on mid-to high-rise projects, a background with Tier 1/2 contractors, and a strong safety and quality track record. Willingness to relocate is essential.

The Opportunities

We are seeking Structures Foremen with extensive experience delivering medium to high-rise residential developments, ideally within sophisticated Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments.

You will be responsible for managing complex structural works, coordinating formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning and concrete subcontractors, maintaining programme milestones and ensuring exceptional standards of safety and quality.

About You

• Extensive experience as a Structures Foreman on medium to high-rise residential developments.
• A strong background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor or established developer-builder.
• Excellent technical knowledge of complex concrete structures, structural sequencing and construction methodology.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage programme milestones and maintain high safety standards.
• Strong employment tenure, a demonstrated record of project delivery and excellent professional references.
• A genuine willingness to relocate to South East Queensland.
