Job summary

This Gold Coast builder/developer is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to take ownership of the structure on a major $150M mixed-use project in Broadbeach.

You will drive the programme on site, coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold and crane operations through to handover, while delivering quality, safety and schedule with direct access to project leadership. Join a high-calibre team and help extend the pipeline of major developments around Broadbeach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Structures Foreman on large multi-residential projects.
• Long-term commitment to a Gold Coast-based role.
• Proven ability to manage formwork, reinforcement, concrete and coordination.

The Opportunity

This Gold Coast builder/developer is looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to take ownership of structure on a major $150M mixed-use project in Broadbeach.

The project comprises an 10+ storey apartment tower over four basement levels and a substantial podium, with structure now commencing out of the basement.

You’ll drive the structural programme on site, coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold, precast, services and crane operations through to handover to finishes.

This established Gold Coast builder/developer delivers multi-residential, retail and hospitality projects ranging from $20M to $200M.

They’re continuing to build out their internal delivery team, with a strong pipeline of major developments concentrated around the Broadbeach area.

With further apartment projects already planned, they’re looking for experienced construction professionals who want to stay on the Coast and deliver their pipeline over the long term.
