JPS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman for a major $150M mixed-use development on the Gold Coast. You will take ownership of the structure on site, driving the programme and coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold and trades through to handover.

This long-term opportunity sits within a builder/developer environment with direct access to project leadership, offering a strong pipeline of multi-res projects around Broadbeach.

The Opportunity

This Gold Coast builder/developer is looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to take ownership of structure on a major $150M mixed-use project in Broadbeach.

The project comprises an 10+ storey apartment tower over four basement levels and a substantial podium, with structure now commencing out of the basement.

You’ll drive the structural programme on site, coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold, precast, services and crane operations through to handover to finishes.

The Company

This established Gold Coast builder/developer delivers multi-residential, retail and hospitality projects ranging from $20M to $200M.

They’re continuing to build out their internal delivery team, with a strong pipeline of major developments concentrated around the Broadbeach area.

With further apartment projects already planned, they’re looking for experienced construction professionals who want to stay on the Coast and deliver their pipeline over the long term.
