Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join the Brisbane team. The successful candidate will bring 5–15 years of hands-on leadership, mentoring and a proven track record delivering projects in the $50m–$200m+ range, including large residential and commercial towers.

The role offers an attractive salary package of $180k–$230k+ super, with a friendly environment, open-door senior management, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong local experience and established relationships with consultants and subcontractors.
• 5–15 years in a similar role with experience running projects between $50m and $200m+.
