Job summary

Infinity Constructions Group is seeking a Structures Foreman for a large commercial project in Sydney. You will report to the Site Manager and lead the on-site team to deliver high-quality construction with safety at the forefront.

You will bring a minimum 7 years' experience with head contractors, strong knowledge of building products and regulatory standards, and excellent communication to coordinate with subs and the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
• Proven experience as a Structures Foreperson on large commercial projects valued $50 million plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other partners.
• Lead the on-site Structures Foreman activities to deliver quality, on time and within safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations across the project.
