Job summary

Talent Focus on the Gold Coast is seeking a Structural Foreman to supervise and coordinate all structural works from earthworks to framing. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure high-quality, timely, and safe execution while managing premium subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Structural Foreman on multi-residential projects, strong knowledge of structural construction, and leadership abilities to manage large trade teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision: Plan, coordinate, and oversee earthworks, formwork, steel fixing, concrete works, and framing.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all works match structural drawings, engineering specs, and Australian Standards.
• Subcontractor Management: Lead and drive trades to hit strict project milestones and productivity targets.
• Technical Liaison: Partner with engineers, Site Managers, and Project Managers to resolve structural issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety and environmental standards while maintaining accurate daily site records.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage material deliveries, storage efficiency, temporary works, and lifting plans.

Talent Focus are working on an exciting opportunity for a well respected Commercial Construction business to secure a permanent Structual Foreman on the Gold Coast.

About the Role

As the Structural Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate all structural works from groundworks to framing. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will ensure high-quality, timely, and safe execution while managing premium subcontractors.

• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to manage large trade teams and drive site performance.


• Qualifications: Relevant trade qualification or equivalent heavy construction experience.
