Job summary

Infinity Constructions Group Pty. Ltd. in Sydney is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on a live $150 million project. You will manage on-site teams and coordinate with the Site and Project Manager to keep works progressing safely and to high standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 5 years as a Foreman, a solid understanding of structural construction, and proven leadership. This is a stable, full-time role offering ongoing opportunities and recognition within a busy, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as Foreman/Foreperson with a head contractor.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Proven leadership, teamwork and safety focus.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple tasks.

An exciting opportunity for a Foreman to join us on a live $150 million project in Sydney to work alongside an existing team. We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

As the Foreman you will possess strong communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals in particular, the Site and Project Manager.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor as a Foreperson.
• Strong understanding of structural construction techniques, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and plans.
• Experience in managing a team of workers, with a focus on teamwork, motivation, and safety.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
