Job summary

Certis Security Australia is seeking a highly organised Workforce Planner to join our Operations team. You will ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time, helping deliver seamless service for our customers while maintaining compliance, efficiency and cost control across a complex 24/7 environment.

You will build and maintain compliant rosters, manage workforce availability, support payroll readiness and collaborate with operational leaders to optimise

Qualifications

• Previous workforce planning, rostering or scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll impacts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with a Workforce Management (WFM) platform.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain compliant rosters.
• Manage workforce availability and payroll readiness.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to optimise workforce performance.
• Build, cost and publish accurate forward rosters.
• Ensure compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and licensing requirements.
• Monitor and minimise overtime and unrecovered labour costs.
• Maintain data integrity in the workforce management system.
• Produce workforce planning and operational performance reports.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Client Services Managers, Operations leaders and Payroll teams to ensure service continuity.
