Job summary
Michael Page is seeking a Brisbane-based Workforce Planner to manage rosters, time and attendance, and payroll inputs for a large operational workforce. You will collaborate with leaders, payroll teams, and workforce planning stakeholders to maintain roster accuracy and compliant attendance records.

Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning or rostering in a large workforce.
- Experience with UKG/Kronos or similar systems.
- Payroll processing and time & attendance administration exposure.
- Experience across multiple Enterprise Agreements or Awards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee rosters and workforce scheduling activities.
- Monitoring time and attendance records within UKG/Kronos.
- Reviewing payroll-related data and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting a workforce operating under multiple Enterprise Agreements.
- Assisting with award and EA interpretation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce data.
- Liaising with operational leaders regarding roster changes and workforce requirements.
- Producing workforce and payroll-related reports.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives across payroll and workforce management functions.
