Qualifications

• Tendering experience and ability to manage proposals end-to-end.
• Strong costing, pricing and margin analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of contractual terms and commercial risk.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop commercially attractive service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end responses to customer inquiries, RFQs and tenders.
• Coordinate inputs across technical, commercial, operational and legal teams.
• Develop service solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Translate needs into defined scopes, deliverables and execution plans.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing models and commercial offers with profitability in mind.
• Conduct margin analysis and identify cost improvements.
• Review terms with legal and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate tender risks and coordinate risk reviews.
• Support sales teams in incorporating service offerings into proposals.
• Contribute to bid reviews and continuous improvement of tendering tools.
