• Experience in tendering, proposals, commercial management or service sales.
• Technical understanding of service solutions in industrial sectors.
• Strong costing, pricing, margin analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of contractual terms, commercial risk and contract-management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple bids within demanding submission timelines.
• Strong stakeholder-management and project coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication for complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation of responses to customer enquiries, RFQs and tenders.
• Coordinate inputs across technical, commercial, operational and contractual teams to deliver compliant proposals.
• Develop service solutions aligned with customer requirements and capabilities.
• Define scopes, deliverables and execution strategies based on customer needs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing models and commercial offers with profitability in mind.
• Conduct margin analysis and identify cost competitiveness improvements.
• Review commercial terms with legal and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks during tendering and bidding processes.
• Support Sales and Business Units in integrating service offerings into proposals.
• Contribute to bid reviews and continuous improvement of tendering tools and templates.
