HITACHI ENERGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales of high‑voltage equipment and manage tendering processes. You will develop relationships with clients, deliver tailored HV solutions, and work with product groups and marketing to stay ahead in a competitive market.

The role requires a background in electrical engineering, extensive HV industry experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering within the HV industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (speaking, listening, and writing).

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of HV equipment (GIS, circuit breakers, Econiq, DTB) by identifying opportunities and engaging with clients.
• Prepare and submit high-quality tenders and quotations with strong technical and commercial content.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Advocate for advanced technologies such as non-SF6 solutions and Econiq and support market education through presentations.
