Job summary

Comelit South East Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across NSW and ACT. This role combines field-based work with work-from-home flexibility, allowing autonomous territory management and direct access to Australian management.

You will develop new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts and promote a broad portfolio of intercom, access control, CCTV and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic security sales or BD.
• Strong knowledge of Access Control and CCTV.
• Experience with security integrators and contractors.
• Ability to build relationships with consultants and architects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across NSW and ACT.
• Proactively generate leads and develop new customer accounts.
• Grow and service existing customer relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with security installers and systems integrators.
• Build relationships with electrical contractors and automation integrators.
• Engage with consulting engineers, architects and property developers to generate product specification opportunities.
• Promote Intercom, Access Control, CCTV and Automation solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Assist customers with product selection and solution development.
• Develop project and specification opportunities from initial concept through to delivery.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on opportunities and territory activity.
• Work closely with the Australian Manager and Singapore Head Office to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
